Dr. Joseph MARKÓ, Patent Attorney (PhD, MSc. Mech. Eng.) established his Patent- and IP- Agency on April 1, 2008, just when he left his prior firm, DANUBIA Patent & Law Offices, where as Partner he contributed 33-years of extensive practice in international intellectual property matters.
Dr. Markó focuses on prosecution and litigation of patents, utility models, trademarks and designs. He is prepared to handle applications, to represent clients before the Hungarian Patent Office and upon appeal or in infringement and other IP cases before the competent Hungarian courts in all instances, furthermore to carry out searches and to give expert advices on a broad basis of experience covering a pretty wide range of technologies, except: chemistry, electronics and biotechnology.
Dr. Markó is a professional representative before the WIPO in Geneva (CH), the EPO in Munich (DE) and the OHIM in Alicante (ES).
